- The Department for Education has a Coronavirus helpline for education and children's social care related queries available to anyone working in the sector as well as parents/carers.
Its number is 0800 046 8687 with advisors responding to questions between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday, and 10am-4pm on Saturday and Sunday.
