New Physical Activity Booklet for Older Adults
An 'Active at Home' booklet has been produced to provide practical guidance for older adults on home-based activities to help maintain their strength and balance during the coronavirus pandemic.
Being active is good for your physical and mental wellbeing which is why older adults should try to build activity into their day and include exercises to stay strong and steady.
The booklet has been developed by Public Health England, Sheffield Hallam University (SHU), the National Centre for Sport and Exercise Medicine (NCSEM) and Sport England.
