Children's Mental Health
This is the Children and Young Peoples Local Transformation Plan for Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. It reflects the work and planning that is still underway across the commissioning and provider partnership. Given the number of changes that are being made to the services we have committed to update this document more frequently in the next year, on a quarterly basis.
Local Agencies Agree Mental Health Concordat
Please see attached a Warwickshire and West Mercia Declaration (September 2014) on improving outcomes for people experiencing mental health crisis. This was signed in September 2014; the signatory for Shropshire CCG was Dr Caron Morton, Accountable Officer.
